We need your help to make our services better.
We’d like to know about your journey today, what’s good and what’s not so good. Please fill in the form below – or as much as you want to – every day you use the bus. We can’t achieve everything you want (often because of funding, sometimes due to available roads, or for legal reasons), but your views and ideas are really important to us and we look very carefully at every comment.
Filling in this form also helps us raise more funds to develop the service because many organisations want to know how we reflect your views. There is an online questionnaire below but if you would like to print it yourself then here is a download link.
